David should be living the life he always dreamed. Throwing away his uninspiring job in TV production, he embarks on a search for true happiness. He knows he's a cliché, the guy who leaves his job in search of something more. After all, happy is the thing you give up in order to make the most money. You give up happy to raise your children right, to serve your country, to get into heaven. But he's fallen past the point where all that matters. So then why, in his search for the big happy, does he keep getting so damn pissed off? He's going to concentrate on selling his Big Novel. Of course he is. Part-timing as a mobile DJ for the All-Stars DJ Company is just to pay the bills. But then he meets Janey: All lip gloss, Rapunzel length hair, long fake eyelashes and mocking eyes. She drinks too much. She's got other issues too . . . so then why does she get right under his skin?
